Found these a little while back. The inside has mounting holes for some sort of hardware which is not there. These are different but I'm assuming that they serve the same function. Trying to think of something to do with them, pencil holders maybe? Any ideas out there of what these are? And the answer is......socket holders for series streetlights....many thanks to Dave Kingston and Joe Maurath Jr.
