Bought this last weekend because of the cool crosstop shape. Where is it from? What is it? Any help would be great...... AWNSER.. Its a neon sign insulator. There is a little bracket with a rod that attaches to it. The rod has a curved end with a spring around it to hold a neon tube. Thanks jim Dombrowski!
