CD 133 [260] Brookfield insulator. This is harder to find one with the skirt embossed 55 FULTON ST. address, CAUVETS PAT JULY 25, 1865 on the front done and the large 7 on the rear skirt. Embossed well for these pieces. There is no missing the bold skirt embossing. Nice clean base with no chips. A peck here and there confined to the wire groove area. Notice the lip below the wire groove. This insulator was likely made from a reworked CD 131 mold. Neat piece and one of few early ones where the JULY 25, 1865 date is on the front. Perfect for display. Price $55.00.
