On one of the last revenue runs before abandonment, one of the D&RG narrow gauge steamers is moved about the Alamosa yard for fuel and water before taking her train over the continental divide to Durango. Note the kerosene switch lantern is still in place, fueled, and lit! Soon, this would all be gone.
