The Rules Have Changed!
It's a whole new ballgame!
Dwayne Anthony, being the official raffle winner, has decided to "re-raffle" the signal. His new new rules, with Bill Meier's clarifications, are listed below.
- Simply reply to Dwayne (insulators@open-wire.com)
with a brief one or two line statement as to why you would like to
add this insulator to your collection. Dwayne will be expecting replies from those that will
accept this signal as a gift and truly appreciate it in their
collection for years to come.
- Dwayne will personally select those that sincerely qualify and
forward those names to Bill. This list will be kept confidential.
- When it is time for the drawing, Bill will assign a unique number to each person that Dwayne
selects. This will be a simple number from 1 to N, with N being the
count of the number of people Dwayne has selected as explained
above. The number of raffle tickets you bought has no bearing on
the winner now. Each person Dwayne has selected has an equal chance of winning!
- You must be on the ICON 2007

- Deadline for submissions to Dwayne is Monday, January 21, 2008 at 6 pm PST.
The next phase:
The new winner will be chosen on Wednesday, January 23, 2008 using a similar method as before. Once again the opening value of the New York Stock Exchange will be used a random number to compute the winner.
Remember this time, everyone will have an equal chance to win! Your selection is no longer based on the number of raffle tickets you purchased.
