This one came from alongside the Watertown Car Barn of Boston's MBTA (remember Charlie and the MTA: "And through the open window, she handed Charlie a sandwich as the train came rumbling through"). I suspect that it was used on a series DC lighting circuit of some sort, so it counts. BTW, she should have handed him a nickel.
