Here's Barbie with her awards from the Regional. Barbie got the "Best first time display", an award usually given at the National and revived for this occasion. Howard and Linda Banks awarded it to a shy Savannah at the banquet. It's a PINK ribbon embossed, "Crown Jewels of the Wire"
