Overall this insulator is in better than average shape for this CD style. The only damage to mention is some wire groove rubbing from use, a fingernail size lower wire groove chip, a small base flake and a small white ping on the upper dome. All this sounds worse than it really is. The color in the picture is pretty close to the actual. In my opinion the color is darker than sky blue but not the prized sapphire blue.
