these pieces were used in various colors around these parts as early telegraph replacements and then phasing in to rural telephone lines. Brookfield always seemed to send their (probably considered at the time) less than perfect specimens to canada, and we are just fine with that nowadays! this piece is so heavily tiger swirled there isn't a way you couldn't display it that wouldn't do it justice. hell you could lay it down and display a headshot of it and its still brilliant.-totally comparable to the 145 b products you see on eBay going for hundreds of dollars in its concentration of tiger striping. showed the quarter thumbnail flake in the pic but its minimal compared to the overall beauty of the piece. eighty bucks shipping included-thanks for looking.
