My husband found this one laying in the ditch. I looked up and down the lines nearby and didn't see any like it hanging. The porcelain part is 9"x2", the top metal piece is 3 1/2"x3 1/2" with a cotter pin through it, the bottom metal piece is 2 1/4" long and the head is 1 1/4" across. It's a pretty pale blue color...........................Thank you Philip Franco for helping me out with this one.
