This is a steel blue CD 164 - embossed (front skirt) McLAUGHLIN (rear skirt) No 20 - it has round drip points (or sharp drips that have been flattened...can't decide). There is a very shallow bb sized dink on the dome and a very shallow small flake/chip at the top of the wire groove - both at the rear of the insulator - the rest is very, very near mint.
