Ok, this piece was identified as a CD 296 by the experts. If it is a 296, I think it deserves to be moved. The skirt shape, dimensions, cable groove shape and inner skirt length all differ from a 296, and more closely resemble a CD 292. Thanks to all that provided feedback.
