Notice that the top of the screw on the blue aqua CD 158.9 is smooth, somewhat concave, and has rings that are obviously part of the mold. There is no triangle. You can tell that the screw-top was made in a three part mold..............where a shallow dimple in a bottom plate was the third mold part for the top of the Screw-top.
