This is the third of the four CD 131 styles which were found on the Central of Georgia Railway telegraph line. This insulator is a CD 131 embossed "W. Brookfield (arched) / 45 Cliff St / N.Y." on the front dome and Cauvet (arched) / July 25. 1865 / Pat Jan " " 1870 / " " Feb. 22 " on the back dome. It is a blue aqua color. It also has a {MLOD}, but no mould mark. Although the CD 131 was not that common compared to the CD 133's, they were found both North and South of Macon, GA. Out of all four of the different CD 131 "signal" styles found in GA, I would say the 45 Cliff St. was not as common as the 55 Fulton St. embossing, but much more common than the no embossing or Tillotson styles.
