The CD 731 was a common threadless insulator found in Georgia. This is a better picture shows a size comparison between two CD 731's with no embossing versus the CD 731 Tillotson also found on the Central of Georgia Railway telegraph line. The size and shape compare favorably for all three. This leaves me wondering if Tillotson might have made these CD 731's or maybe someone purchased their moulds when they went out of business.
