Hoping this will draw some response to my question about it being unlisted in the "03" Price Guide. The embossing is weak but hopefully you can make out the "CO" with "O" being same size as "C". It is definitely not [005] as additional picture will show dome embossed backwards "5", and there are no periods, except possibly after "CO", looking at it with magnifying glass.
