This is the H.G .Co. (notice the second dot after G) with the N.A.T. CO. embossed on the upper skirt in large letters. In the date, PATd MAY 2, 1893, the 1893 looks like script! With PETTICOAT on lower skirt. It has SDP on both inner and outer skirts, with the inner SDP smaller than the outer SDP. This is a dark shade of aqua. As far as damage goes, there are two 1/4" chips on the outer skirt bottom with several drips missing and a few flea bites. Asking $20 plus shipping.
