This CD 701.6 and the CD 729 were purchased from a bottle collecting friend - see the post for the CD 729 for more of the story. Although I can't confirm it, this CD 701.6 was found East of Columbus, GA. I can say for sure that it was in my collection many years prior to the Richmond, VA find of CD 701.6 eggs. I'll post a picture of this threadless and a similar one from Richmond. This insulator had a lot of damage and has been repaired with epoxy - about 35 to 40% of the lower skirt is epoxy. Although I value this insulator for it's history, I treasure my CD 731 Tillotson much more as this was an insulator which I found myself.
