"Ice Cream Cone" This is a base embossed American Insulator Co. signal, with three dates. CD 160.7[015] Has the Feb. 15th, 1884 date. Color is a definite Lime Green (see photo next two a blue-aqua W. Brookfield signal). Also has a couple heavy milk stringers, with a trace of amber, swirled into both skirts and looping up into the dome. See other photo. Top of threads are faint, almost threadless, as typical for American's product. Base embossing, both skirts & wire ridges are all MINT !!! These are rarely found in mint condition, especially with its prominent sharp upper wire ridge.
