The color of these two Cals is smoky peach (previously identified by me as dirt brown). It is still ugly.. The color of the large signal on the left, CD 166, is the result of heating. The tell tale sign is the base, which is typically smooth, but unnaturally flat with a rough texture. The smaller signal, CD 161, on the right was not heated and the color is natural. The base is smooth but rounded and the base finish is like the rest of the insulator.
