This insulator is a CD 121 - embossed (front skirt) McLAUGHLIN (rear skirt) No 16 (the o is underlined) - it has round drip. Color is a light green. Condition is very near mint - a couple of pecks at the top of the wire groove, a small base chip between drip points and some roughness on the inside of the base. There is also a very shallow flake chip on the outside of the base - hard to spot.
