These are glass spools found on some poles in Clayton, MO. Has a metal sleeve in the middle and on the edge it has a 10. Under it, it has "St. Louis Malleable Casting Co. St. Louis Mo." Please any information would be helpful. Email me at Laser711@hotmail.com
