This is what appears to be a CD 292, but the inner and middle petticoats extend 3/8" below the outer petticoat. Also, the embossing is quite clear but does not have quotation marks before and after the PATENDED. JUNE. 17, 1890. Since it is aqua and not green something is not correct.
