This one is more interesting than #1 as it has those four clamps on the line wire and shows how the spool was used on the 13.5 KV neutral; at least the way Baltimore Gas & Electric used them. Note that the bronze clamp at the bottom of the picture was found locally here in Florida at a bus stop were we had stopped to go to a sub shop. There must be something about riding public transit and sub shops!
