OK - I give up! I had a lineman show up at my door this morning asking me what this is. It is a light green with no embossing. I do not believe it is a Canadian piece as it was locally used South of Erie, PA. It is roughly the size of the bigger, thicker, chunky CD 133 CREB's vs. the smaller CREB 133's. It is a light green in color.
