These connect with the CD 151 part of the story. Once I was up on the pole grabbing the 151, I took a quick glance across the road to look at the modern utility poles. Little did I realize they weren't so modern as I had expected. The tops were adorned with very nice looking hand glazed Ohio Brass multiparts, the lower crossarm had sky tone Canadian Porcelain uniparts and one blue Canadian porcelain U-601, and, halfway down the pole sat two lone side pins, one on either side, probably the remnants of an old rural telephone line, and on them were these two. So, we put the ladder up and quickly grabbed them, thereby pulling me first, and probably me last, wild telephone pieces.
