Here is a pair of suspensions I recently came across. Does anybody recognize them? Kind of a Robin's Egg Blue, smudged underglaze ink stamp, only thing I can make out is

and the rest is a guess, perhaps,

Mfg. Nov. 1924 ??

Anyone have an idea of value? What do you think of the asking price of $40? A deal, a steal, or about right? Not sure if I want to buy it or not, it's not located near me and I don't want to waste my time since I don't collect these...
