Not sure if it is a 134 or a 134.4. Probably a 134 NN Pennycuick as it has a dot at the top of the pin hole. It looks like part of the glass got left in the mold when they removed it. part of the piece has a raised section of glass that is kind of dull, almost acid etched, and then there is a ridge where it drops down about a 32nd of an inch and the glass is shiny. Quite an unusual piece.
