Can anyone ID this thing and maybe give me an idea of its value? It measures 11 inches tall by 13 inches wide and has clear glass. I believe it came from Canada (Ontario Hydro is the most likely source).

Thank you for your help. Rick Soller (NIA Historian) thinks it may be a CD 370 as there are yellow and green ones (from Australia and England) listed in the Albers/Woodward price guide. I am pretty sure it is from Canada. Maybe they imported or made the same design here?
