I got this army green bell wall bushing feed-through insulator. Its marked Philips-Holanda. Its threaded inside the base, with a hole on top. Electrical cables were fed thru the hole and there was a pair of these used- one on each side of the wall. This provided protection for the cables.

Most likely made by the Dutch company Philips for export to the S. American market as the name is written in Spanish and was recovered there.
