I picked this interesting piece up on the weekend and the hydro man who gave it to me said it was called a rubber chicken. It is what seems to be aluminum and a hard rubber, On the metal it reads Salisbury/ test 10K on one side, on the other is stamped in black ink TESTED and engraved GH 15 KV. Any one know when and what this was used for? Thanks!
