Here Mr. Tucker is lowering down two insulators from the dumpster. A CD 600 Vegla and a glass Johnny ball. These insulators are very lucky that we (Mr. Tucker and I) saved them from going to the dump. We arrived at the power station just outside of Stuttgart at 3:50 and the dumpster truck was just leaving with a full load of insulators for the dump. We stopped the truck driver and asked for 10 minutes of dumpster diving. He did and that was the fastest 10 minutes of my life. We worked as fast as we could to get them out. They were mostly CD 600 Veglas and a couple CD 470 ESA's. This is were I also got the glass Johnny balls. If I remember correctly we got 54 insulators there.
