Can anyone tell me what this is? Is shaped like a pulley, 8 inches across, 13 inches from the end of the eye to the end of the hook, weighs 10 3/4 lbs. Has a hook (like a log chain) on one side, and a closed eye on the other. Says "Locke" on the side, underneath the eye. Brown porcelain. If you can help id this, please email me. Thanks.
