This picture was Emailed to me with a suggestion it be posted here in the gallery and a comment that these were the old DC feeders for Pittsburgh's trolleys. The insulators on the left pole are clearly 'Anderson' compositions... the iron poles and bracketry are necessary due to the tremendous weight of the DC cables.
