M-2141 with thru-bolt that was used to attach x-arm these were taken down of the same pole by me in Bear Lake Idaho in 1976 during a re-conductor job. as I remember, there were only a few poles with this type construction along with aqua CD 297 Lockes and newer porcelain insulators 7.2kv
