I found this Pyrex insulator about 12 years ago with a number of other insulators. The base is exactly the same diameter as a typical through crossarm pin plus it has a locking groove. The top is very similar to CD 100.5 -- I am quite convinced this was designed to fit directly in the crossarm, but am looking for thoughts! It is marked PYREX/MADE IN/USA // E-61
