This insulator is in pretty good shape for this CD. There is a thumb nail size chip on the upper wire groove, a small pint on the lower wire groove and a couple of light wire groove rubs. There is also one or two tiny pings on the dome. I would say the color is darker than light blue and almost a sky blue. All the damage described sounds worse than it is.
